资源简介:
Houseflies (Musca domestica L.), as one of cosmopolitan arthropods in livestock farms, are proven to be vectors of several pathogens. However, most of previous published studies are limited to provide evidence in several housefly-mediated pathogenic transmission or exposition of housefly-carried microorganisms. Here, our research concentrated on comparison and source tacker on housefly-carried microbiota with removal one of their bacteria source, lactating sow leftovers in the delivery room, and downstream environmental microbial structure. We found that cleaning leftovers shaped environmental microbiota and sow gut microbiota at the end of pregnancy. Leuconostoc, Weissella, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus take advantage of housefly to accomplish microbial colonization in environmental media and the co-existence of lactating sow residual feed and houseflies could increase the relative abundance of pathogens such as Streptococcus and Escherichia Shigella in pregnant sow gut microbiota. Our study demonstrated that the housefly carried the partial microorganisms from the lactating sow residual feed and transferred them to different environments and provided evidence on negative effect of leftover in summer.
