Biotechnologically produced, chimeric B32GM antigen was assessed for its reactivity with specific anti-B. burgdorferi s.l. antibodies by Western blot, dot blot and ELISA to determine its utility for serological diagnosis of Borrelia infection in human sera.
This dataset contains data regarding the reactivity of a recombinant protein named "B32GM" with specific anti-B. burgdorferi s.l. antibodies present in human sera.
Data consists of methodology, IgG ELISA optimization parameters and results, values from IgG ELISA performed under optimized conditions, and image files showing the results of Western blot and dot blot analyses.
