Reasons for taking dietary supplements in Singapore 2022

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on dietary supplements in Singapore conducted in March 2022, 78 percent of the respondents who consumed dietary supplements or nutraceuticals stated that they took them to improve and strengthen their immune systems. Dietary supplements included herbal or botanical substances, minerals, or vitamins, taken to supplement the diet to improve health.
