The RIS Open Services interface provides real-time information on the Danube waterway in Austria. These include lanes, bridge crossing heights, fairway sections, lane depths, lock status, traffic situation and wind information. Statuses and lists are available for each category. On the Open Service Portal, the provided interfaces and their contents are described and can be tested there without registration. Using the “Try it out” function for each service category, the respective data (limited in the query frequency) can be retrieved. For an API key, send an official request to [e-mail] with the following information: Name applicant (incl. contact person in case of a company), company/private person, address, reason of use, desired interfaces.
