Patient Access Coordination Hub (QPACH) ambulance multiagent simulation

As described in Chapter 5 in the report delivered to QPACH titled 'Digital Twin for the Queensland Patient Access Coordination Hub', this web-based application generates ambulance emergency department (ED) admissions for public hospitals in Metro North. \n\nThis is a simulation only, built on agent based modelling on Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) data. This app is for research purposes only as a proof-of-concept and is not intended for clinical use. \nLineage: The information simulated in the app pertain to the Caboolture Hospital, Redcliffe Hospital, The Prince Charles Hospital and the Royal Brisbane and Womens Hospital. The app displays ambulance arrivals at facilities and duration of patient off stretcher time (POST) coded by patient profile over a 24-hour period as well as ambulance bay capacity.\n

数据谱系：本应用中模拟的信息涉及卡布尔彻医院、雷德克利夫医院、查尔斯王子医院以及皇家布里斯班妇女医院。该应用可展示24小时内各医疗机构的救护车抵达情况、按患者画像编码的患者离担架时长（Patient Off Stretcher Time，简称POST），以及救护车泊位容量。
