Dataset of temperature and relative humidity for a TMY in Colombia updated to 2021

TMY stands for \"typical meteorological year\" and is a widely used type of data available through the NSRDB: https://nsrdb.nrel.gov/data-sets/tmy In this dataset, TMYs of Colombia contain one year of hourly data that best represents median weather conditions over a multiyear period. To calculate a TMY, a multiyear data set is analyzed, and 12 months are chosen from that time frame that best represents the median conditions.
