Estonian cadastral boundaries (WMS)

The service includes a layer of spatial shapes of Estonian cadastral units in polygons. This service is well suited for use in map applications, where it is necessary to show all cadastral boundaries and attributes as up to date (1-2 days). The service also includes a new tax price attribute that has entered into force in 2024. Attribute data includes the cadastral identifier, the EHAK code, the name of the county, the name of the municipality, the name of the settlement unit, the proximity address, the date of registration and conversion, the intended purposes and their percentages, the area, the percentages of land parcels, the method of measurement, the measuring method, the method of formation, the method of registration, the forms of ownership and the taxation prices. The layers are indisputable. The service has a total of six layers representing different styles, the data source of the layers is the same. There are layers or styles: 1. Cadastral boundaries 2. Cadastral identifier tag 3. Cadastral identifier with address tag 4. Cadastral address tag 5. Cadastral units by way of formation 6. Cadastral units by ownership All styles are also available in the layer CU boundaries as styles, as an additional style there is also a cadastral boundary with a trait.
