Dataset of characteristic and SERS test of hydrogel film@Au nanoparticle arrays

The morphologies of products were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM, Sirion 200). The zeta potential of the hydrogel film and Au NPs were measured by the Malvern Zetasizer Nano ZS90. The extinction spectrum was obtained through the microspectrometre system from Ideaoptics Corp. Microscopic images of the hydrogel film@Au NPs were acquired using an optical microscope equipped with a digital camera (DLC300L, 3.0M). The research of the SERS performance was conducted by using a confocal microprobe Raman spectrometer (Renishaw Invia, 50× objective).
