We prepared the muscle extracts using detergent, solubilize them by pepsin digestion, and used them for the spheroid culture of human rhabdomyosarcoma cells using a low-attachment tissue culture plate. In this study, we confirmed that the muscle extracts contained proteins whose expression was unique to muscles. In this study, we prepared the muscle extracts using mouse muscle tissues.
