Raw Dataset supporting the publication by: Kateryna Solodka, Alessandro Paradisi, Katharina Schmidt, Matteo Sensi, Marcello Berto, Pamela Allison Manco Urbina, Roger Hasler, Jakub Dostalek, Wolfgang Knoll, Fabio Biscarini, Marcello Pinti, Carlo Augusto Bortolotti - "Electrolyte-Gated Organic Transistors Based on Donor-Acceptor Polymers for DNA Biosensing" The available files include the sensing data with the EGOT sensor (file: EgotSensingDataset.xlsx) for the detection of the target mtDNA (C-DNA) sequance in solution. This meaasurements and their analysis are reported in Figure 4 of the publication. The dataset report the measured device current Ids (A) vs Vgs (V). The raw data relative to the characterization of the DPP-DTT based EGOT device in different type of electrolyte as presented in Figure 1 and Table S1 are included in the file "DPP-DTT_electrolytes. xlsx". The data are presented as the average transfer curve (Vgs vs Ids) for each tested device, together with the corresponding standard deviation. The raw data for the SPR and SPFS characterization of the functionalization prodecure and the LC-DNA binding to the functionalized surface are reported in the file "SPFSData.xlsx". The relative data analysis is presented in Figure 2 and 3 of the paper.
