Arabidopsis thaliana spatial transcriptomics of Myzus persicae probing and feeding EPG traces. M. persicae, A. thaliana spatial transcriptomics

Here we analyse Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 leaf areas affected by Myzus persicae probing or feeding with spatial transcriptomics (GaST-seq). We sampled a time-series of leaf areas at defined time-points after probing and are comparing the transcriptome of the probing samples to the transcriptome of feeding areas.
