Transcriptional Profiling of Festuca rubra Roots under Salt Stress

This study investigates the transcriptional response of Festuca rubra roots to salt stress. We collected root samples from plants subjected to normal growth conditions (control group) and salt treatment (100 mM NaCl) for 30 days. Each group contains three biological replicates. The aim of this study is to elucidate the gene expression changes in response to salt stress, which may provide insights into the salt tolerance mechanisms of Festuca rubra.
