Raw micro-Vickers hardness measurements (Excel files, one per lens magnification — 50× and 100× — per roughness level, each covering the various test loads used) for the same aluminium alloy and stainless steel samples as the surface texture dataset, collected to study how surface roughness, test load and lens magnification affect hardness measurement accuracy.
