Pseudomonas aeruginosa RNA-seq and Tn-seq in sub-MIC antimicrobials

Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain PA14 was treated with sub-MIC levels of antimicrobials and high-throughput gene expression was performed with RNA-seq and high-throughput fitness profiling with Tn-seq using the following antimicrobials: ampicillin, aztreonam, benzalkonium chloride, povidone-iodine, bleach, carbenicillin, cefoperazone, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, hydrogen peroxide, neomycin, polymyxin B, silver nitrate, tobramycin.
