Flavobacterium sp. LB-N7T Genome sequencing and assembly

An orange, Gram-negative stain and gliding, rod-shaped strain designated as LBN7T was isolated from water samples collected from smolt Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) water system in a fish farm in Chile. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA sequences demonstrated that strain LBN7T was a member of the Flavobacterium genus, and closely related to Flavobacterium ardleyense (KX911209-PI: 98.85%)
