Extended accounts of households in the Basque Country (thousands of euros).

The European System of Accounts (ESA-2010) does not include the production of certain activities that take place in households, such as the so-called Domestic Production of Own End Use. The need to calculate the value and volume of domestic production in the Basque Country under a homogeneous methodology, which allows comparisons by valuing this production in terms of National Accounting, led to the production of the Domestic Production Satellite Account operation. It distinguishes productive functions such as providing housing, nutrition, clothing and care for household members.
