This dataset contains data collected in Bulgaria by means of several scales measuring different forms of knowledge transfer at the workplace and self-rated work performance - the scale Team knowledge sharing, the scale Tacit knowledge sharing, the sub-scales of the Knowledge management domain (institutionalized knowledge transfer and intergenerational collaboration) from the Later Life Workplace Index, the scale Colleagues’ Knowledge Sharing or Providing Knowledge, the scale Knowledge Receiving or Obtaining Knowledge by Colleagues, one item measuring estimated effectiveness of participation in supervision as a supervisee, the Motivational Climate at Work Questionnaire (MCWQ) with its sub-scales, Mastery Climate and Performance Climate. Self-rated work performance was measured by means of the scale In-Role Performance by Eisenberger et al. (see:
