Copy number variations were obtained to characterize pancreatic cancer PDX models for tumor research and drug discovery. Overall design: Copy numbers were calculated based on SNP6.0 Data using the PICNIC algorithm. Affymetrix SNP arrays were performed according to the manufacturer's directions on DNA extracted from PDX tumors.
