Efavirenz , Lamivudine and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate Mitigates Dyslipidemia and Attenuates Ulcerative Colitis through Gut Microbiota Modulation in Rats: A Potential Avenue for HIV Therapy 36 rats were divided into six groups: Control, CD (common diet), HFD, HFD+3TC+TDF, HFD+EFV+3TC+TDF, and HFD+EFV. All groups except CD and Control were fed a high-fat diet (HFD) for 10 weeks.
