We performed RNA-seq on HeLa cells treated with MYCASO-3, a non-targeting ASO (NT-ASO), Lipofectamine alone, and untreated cells Cells were treated for 4h or 18h with 10 nM ASO (formulated with Lipofectamine 2000 reagent). RNA was extracted with the QIAGEN RNeasy Kit, followed by library preparation and sequencing.
