Transcriptional expression of CAV1 in serum samples from adults of Cartagena, Colombia.

The data presented here correspond to transcriptional expression data of the CAV1 and ACTB genes in adults from Cartagena, Colombia, in states of normal weight, overweight, obesity, type 1 obesity, type 2 obesity, type 3 obesity, and cardiometabolic comorbidities associated with excess body adiposity.
