This dataset provides two small, public-source subsets for testing GATHER: • Plasmablast scRNA-seq (n = 6) from GEO GSE116500 (Neu et al., J Clin Invest 2019). • Memory B-cell scRNA-seq (n = 10) from ArrayExpress E-MTAB-11452 (Hagemann-Jensen et al., Nat Biotechnol 2022).
