Scripts and code for generating figures and data in the PHILM paper

This repository contains the data and figures for the project "Deep Learning Transforms Phage–host Interaction Discovery from Metagenomic Profiles". * `data.7z`: Contains raw data used to generate the figures, including the `synthetic_data`, `curatedMetagenomicData`, `disease_model`, and `sex_age_model` datasets. * `Figure1.7z`: Contains the materials used to generate Figure 1, which illustrates the PHILM workflow. * `Figure2.7z`: Contains the code and data required to reproduce Figure 2 and the related supplementary figures. * `Figure3.7z`: Contains the code and data required to reproduce Figure 3 and Supplementary Figure 14. * `Figure4.7z`: Contains the code and data required to reproduce Figure 4 and Supplementary Figure 15. * `Figure5.7z`: Contains the code and data required to reproduce Figure 5 and Supplementary Figure 16. * `Figure6.7z`: Contains the code and data required to reproduce Figure 6 and Supplementary Figures 17 and 19.
