Table 1 shows the varied dimensions of our vignettes and their levels. The order of dimensions in our study was: 1, 4, 5, 6, 2, and 3. To ease the presentation of results in this article, we have changed the order and first present all substance properties (1, 2, 3), followed by all contextual factors (4, 5, 6).
