Optical Mapping Raw Data for In Vitro Thread Coupling

This repository contains raw optical mapping dataset for in vitro coupling experiments between our engineered bioelectric thread and two linear engineered heart tissues. Data was taken at day 2 of coupling and demonstrate successful electrical propagation from the left linear engineered heart tissue, through the bioelectric thread bridge, and activating the right linear engineered heart tissue. Please refer to README files for details on using and accessing codes to read .nc raw data.本仓库收录本课题组构建的工程化生物电纤维（engineered bioelectric thread）与两种线性工程化心脏组织之间的体外耦合实验原始光学标测数据集。本次实验数据采集于耦合后第2天，结果证实电信号可从左侧线性工程化心脏组织经生物电纤维桥接结构成功传导，并激活右侧线性工程化心脏组织。如需了解读取.nc格式原始数据的代码使用及获取方法，请参阅本仓库的README文件。
