HK-2 cell cultured with normal glucose and high glucose

To investigate the differential expression of lncRNAs and mRNAs, and even their biological functions in human proximal tubular epithelial (HK-2) cells induced by either normal glucose or high levels of glucose. Keywords: Expression profiling by array HK-2 cells were cultured in DMEM medium supplemented with 10% fetalfoetal bovine serum, and 100 U/mLU/ml penicillin, and 0.1 mg/mLl streptomycin at 37°C ℃ under humidified air with 5% CO2. Cells were incubated with 5.6 mmol/L (Ng) and 30 mmol/L (Hg) glucose for 72 h. Ng and Hg group were repeated three times.
