ODDEA Slovak Dataset: Digital divide – focus groups

The dataset contains data from an online expert panel on barriers to the digitalisation of organisations in Slovakia, conducted in 2026 as part of the Overcoming Digital Divide in Europe and Southeast Asia (ODDEA) project (Horizon Europe, Grant Agreement No. 101086381). The panel addressed the main barriers to digital transformation, possible measures to overcome them, and future challenges. The dataset includes coded records of the discussion, the participants’ individual prioritisation of predefined barriers, and written expert input. The dataset is pseudonymised: participants are identified by codes, and personal identifiers were removed or generalised. Attendance records and informed consent documentation are not included in the published dataset. These records are stored separately by the EUBA research team on the university’s institutional storage (MS OneDrive), with access restricted to authorised members of the EUBA research team only..
