Yponomeuta_ermine_moth_Popgen

This project aims to obtain whole genome shotgun sequencing data from larvae of Yponomeuta cagnagella small ermine moths collected from a variety of locations in and around Cambridge UK. These will be used in a study of population structure and speciation of the Yponomeuta genus, which includes a set of closely related species that have different host plant requirements.
