Dataset of Propaganda Techniques of the State-Sponsored Information Operation of the People's Republic of China

We present our dataset constructed based on the People's Republic of China State-Related Information Operation Dataset released by Twitter in July 2019, which focuses on Mandarin propaganda techniques. This dataset comprises multi-label annotations of propaganda techniques for sampled tweets.
In total, we have 9,950 labeled tweets tagged with 21 distinct propaganda techniques. These tweets are sourced from the People's Republic of China State-Related Information Operation Dataset released by Twitter.
