Dataset consists of 3D images of mouse penis after tissue clearing protocol developed by us (see paper for details). Imaging was performed with MuVi SPIM (Luxendo) with a Nikon CFI 10X 0.5 NA objective lens, resulting in voxel size of 0.87x0.87x2.0 micrometers (datasets 01 and 02).
