This package contains the input files (10 microsatellite loci) for all subpopulations and STRUCTURE ks populations; the outputs for each chain for all input file; the parameters files for each MCMC chain and the scrips to analyzed the chains outputs (check MCMC convergence, calculate the Effect Size, and get the MCMC estimates of ancestral and actual Ne, time of the demographic event, mutation rate etc.
