Org.one project - Jacutinga (Aburria/Pipile jacutinga) - Sequencing with ONT P2 Solo

Rapid sequencing of the critically endangered Jacutinga as part of the ORG.one project https://org.one/oo. Samples were opportunistic blood samples stored in DNA Shield and extracted with the QIAGEN MagAttract HMW DNA Kit. Library prep was completed with the SQK-LSK114 Ligation Kit from Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) and loaded into an R10.4.1 Flow Cell for the PromethION P2 Solo. The P2 interfaced with ONT MinKNOW software to capture the raw reads in various pod5 files.
