BMSC-exosomes miR-25-3p regulates the p53 signaling pathway through PTEN to inhibit cell apoptosis and ameliorate liver ischemia-reperfusion injury

To investigate the role and working mechanism of human bone marrow-derived MSC (BMSC) exosomes in the process of HIRI, we injected BMSC exosomes into Chinese Kunming (KM) mice before they were induced as HIRI models. To dig the changes in the response of mice after being pretreated with BMSC exosomes or PBS, we collected the mice livers at 3 h, 6 h, and 9 h after reperfusion and performed transcriptome sequencing on them to detect the key molecules and potential signaling pathways involved.
