Image processing pipeline for TUS-MRI project

This dataset contains all the scripts used to conduct the preprocessing and analysis of the neuroimaging data in paper: "Ultrasound system for precise neuromodulation of human deep brain circuits" https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.06.08.597305v1 Data is collected in multiple session types, each having a different folder here with their respective scripts. The planning session was used to determine the stimulation target in future sessions. The online and offline sessions represent the sessions where different types of ultrasound stimulation were delivered.
