PTCP 1998 — Art.11 Fragile areas to be subject to landscape programme — Metropolitan City of Florence

PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the modification of the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).The areas of open territory characterised by forms of anthropisation, evidence of agricultural crops, natural ecosystems, the disappearance or depletion of which would be the loss of a significant good for the community, are identified as fragile areas to be subject to Landscape Program. These parts of the territory, with the preservation of the services and equipment referred to in Article 24, constitute structural invariant within the meaning of Article 5(6) of Regional Law No 5/95. They are identified in the Charters of the Statute of the Territory of scale 1:10,000.
