Histone acetylation by HBO1 activates Wnt/ß-catenin signaling to promote leukemogenesis in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia

To investigate the underlying mechanism by which HBO1 promotes B-ALL progression, we established NALM-6 cell lines in which HBO1 has been knocked down by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis of NALM-6/shHBO1 cells. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for NALM-6 cells and its KD derivatives (shHBO1).
