Comparative study of soil microbial community diversity in different ecosystems

Each ecosystem has its own established community of microorganisms. The aim of our research was to determine the taxonomic structure of microbial communities in different ecosystems and to perform a comparative analysis. The study analyzes the structure of soil microbial communities, their dependence on changing environmental conditions, their significance and impact on overall soil health.
