Loudoun Steep Slopes

Loudoun County may require steep slopes to be identified based on a topographical analysis using 2’ contour interval based on Steep Slope Standards in Chapter 6 of the Zoning Ordinance. Determinations regarding steep slopes are to be made during the Location Clearance process.</span></p><p style='color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:Arial; font-size:13.3333px;'><span style='font-family:Tahoma; font-size:18px;'><strong>Purpose:</strong></span></p><p style='color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:Arial; font-size:13.3333px;'><span style='font-family:Tahoma; font-size:18px;'>Assist in identifying steep slope areas.
