Whole exome sequencing of normal dog samples

This dataset contains sequence information from normal dog blood or stroma. The Illumina sequencing library was created using dog exome capture from Agilent Sure Select XT All Exon V1 (55.39 Mbp) or V2 (43.45 Mbp) (Santa Clara, CA). The goal of this project is to create a panel of normals for variants identified in the canine exome.
