Assortative Mating Master file

Data for assortative mating general linear model for Syngnathus typhle and S. floridae. The data are arranged on two separate spread sheets for each species. Sampling sheet has the sample location (collection: TX06 = Texas 2006; NC = North Carolina 2004; GS05/06 = Gaso 2005/2006), The field caught male ID (male ID), the standard length of males in mm (SL male), the total # of mates/ male (mates), the total # of eggs/male (#eggs), the ID of females actually caught by field sampling (female ID), the parentage reconstructed female ID matching the genotype of field caught female (female ID reconstructed), the standard length of females in mm (SL female), the number of eggs per female (# eggs female), the mate order (1 = first female, 2 = not first female) and the % eggs contributed by the female (% eggs)本数据集为粗吻海龙（Syngnathus typhle）与佛罗里达海龙（S. floridae）的选型交配广义线性模型分析专用数据。数据按物种分为两个独立工作表。采样工作表包含以下字段信息：采样地点（采集编号说明：TX06为2006年德克萨斯采集样本；NC为2004年北卡罗来纳采集样本；GS05/06为2005/2006年加索采集样本）、野外捕获雄性编号（male ID）、雄性标准体长（单位：mm，SL male）、单只雄性总配偶数（mates）、单只雄性总卵数（#eggs）、野外采样实际捕获的雌性编号（female ID）、与野外捕获雌性基因型匹配的亲子鉴定重构雌性编号（female ID reconstructed）、雌性标准体长（单位：mm，SL female）、单只雌性卵数（# eggs female）、配偶顺位（1为首位配偶雌性，2为非首位配偶雌性）以及雌性贡献卵占比（% eggs）
