Proteomic characterization of corneal epithelial and stromal cells derived extracellular vesicles

In this study, we isolated extracellular vesicles (EVs) from cell conditioned media (CM) derived from human corneal epithelial cells (HCE), keratocytes (HCK), fibroblasts (HCF), and myofibroblasts (HCM). EVs were characterized by for proteins based by proteomics. The data here shows the enriched proteins for each specific corneal cell type derived EVs.
