These datseets are derived from fieldwork in Akumal Reef, Quintana Roo Mexico, during june 2015 and may 2025. Surveys on 23 sites in the reef fron and reef slope. Fish data is from visual census along 100 sq. m transects, expressed in biomass (gr./100 sq. m.) Percent benthic cover and hard coral colonies abundance is extracted from videotransects (50 m x 0.6 m).
