为避免建筑施工安全事故,保障建筑物使用安全,根据相关法规规范要求,我单位对临海市农村商业银行白水洋支行综合楼从开工施工到竣工期间,进行跟踪沉降观测,依据GB50026-2007作业要求,得到了一系列数据。该数据有着不可忽视的重要性,关乎整个建筑物的安全。1、算法规则:对建筑物的沉降点数据采用公式进行计算 ,式中:△S(i)=H(i)-H(i-1);∑△S(i)=△S(1)+△S(2)…+△S(i);SR=△S(i)/D,△S(i)为本次沉降增量;H(i)为本次高程;H(i-1)为上次高程;SR为沉降速率;D为间隔天数。 2、数据分析:各测点均在施工过程中发生不同程度的沉降,在施工楼层逐渐加高后,各测量数据变化较为明显,但各测量测点数据变化均处于正常范围内,随施工楼层结顶完毕,逐步趋于稳定。建筑主体沉降速率近百天内 0.001mm~0.003mm/d,整体建筑主体沉降已达稳定状态,沉降数据满足设计及规范要求。

To avoid construction safety accidents and ensure the safety of buildings during their service life, in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, our unit conducted tracked settlement observations on the comprehensive building of Linhai Rural Commercial Bank Baishuiyang Sub-branch from the commencement of construction to its completion, and obtained a series of data in compliance with the operational specifications of GB50026-2007. This data is of considerable importance as it is closely related to the safety of the entire building. 1. Algorithm Rules: Settlement point data of the building are calculated via the following formulas: △S(i) = H(i) - H(i-1); ∑△S(i) = △S(1) + △S(2) + … + △S(i); SR = △S(i)/D, where △S(i) denotes the current settlement increment, H(i) is the current elevation, H(i-1) is the previous elevation, SR is the settlement rate, and D is the number of interval days between measurements. 2. Data Analysis: Each measurement point exhibited varying degrees of settlement during the construction process. As the number of construction floors increased gradually, the changes in each measurement dataset became more pronounced, yet all measurement point data fluctuations remained within the normal range. Upon completion of the main building's capping, the settlement gradually stabilized. The settlement rate of the main building was within 0.001mm~0.003mm/d over the recent 100 days, and the overall settlement of the main building has reached a stable state, meeting the design and specification requirements.
