In this work we analyzed crRNA processing by SuCasΩ Type V CRISPR-Cas nuclease in E. coli SuCasΩ was expressed with crRNA in E. coli. Total RNA from the culture was extracted and sequenced. After data processing, the reads were mapped to the crRNA-expression locus.
