To investigate the function of TREM1 in the regulation of innate immune cell metabolism, we established mice in which TREM1 target gene has been genetically deleted. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 500,000 different cells from young and old WT and TREM1-/-mice.
