Elastic-net regularized regression - R script

Elastic-net regularized regression script used for the manuscript entitled 'The relation between visual functions, functional vision, and bimanual function in children with unilateral cerebral palsy'.
The scripts construct an elastic net regularised regression model with nested-cross validation. For the outer loop, leave-one-out cross-validation was used, which iteratively selects the data of one participant as a test set, and then trains the model on the data of the remaining participants. This process is repeated for every participant in the dataset. For the inner loop, an elastic-net regularized regression model was built on the training data. (2024-02-09)
