Replication Data for: Resistance to tuberculin skin test/interferon-gamma release assay conversion among highly TB exposed, HIV infected goldminers in South Africa

The HETU2 dataset was produced as part of an observational, cross-sectional study which was conducted in South African goldmines. The dataset consists of one data table: participant characteristics measured at enrolment; and outcome data points measured at enrolment, 6 and 12 month follow-up. These data underpin analysis reported in a PlosOne 2025 paper.
