Nefecon_IgAN_Clinical_Biomarker_Data_v1.0

This dataset supports the findings from the study: "Real-World Study of Nefecon in the Treatment of IgA Nephropathy: Clinical Efficacy, Biomarkers, and Microbiome Analysis". It contains anonymized clinical data and experimental biomarker results from patients with IgA Nephropathy treated with Nefecon. The dataset includes three file types: 1. Clinical_Data.xls: Anonymized patient demographics, [list other key variables e.g., lab results, treatment response]. 2. ELISA_Concentrations_total.xls: Final calculated concentrations (in pg/mL or as appropriate) for all measured biomarkers, including [list key biomarkers, e.g., Gd-IgA1, BAFF, APRIL] at different time points. 3. Raw_OD_Files: A collection of Excel files containing raw optical density (OD) readings for standard curves and all samples. The naming convention is [Marker]_[Specimen]_[Plate#]_raw_OD.xls. These files allow for independent re-analysis of the standard curves.
