Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Area of application of the regulations on clearing in the Indre-et-Loire

Clearance Regulatory Area(necessity to obtain authorisation)
Any voluntary operation leading directly or indirectly to the destruction of the wooded state of land and ending its forest destination is a clearing.
Any clearance requires prior authorisation from the administration.
This authorisation is exempt from this authorisation for clearing in woods and forests of less than a threshold of between 0.5 and 4 ha (threshold fixed by department and by the State representative).
The method chosen does not take into account the zoning “woodlands classified” in the POS or PLU of the municipalities under the urban planning code where clearing is prohibited (except in special cases). This restriction of use should at least be specified.
