Identification and Analysis of the Expansin gene family in Yam

The file titled "The Protein Sequences of EXPs" was utilized to construct the phylogenetic tree presented in Figure 2. This file comprises the amino acid sequences of expansin genes derived from four species: Arabidopsis, yam , rice , and wheat .<br>The file titled "The Domains and Positional Information of DoEXPs" was employed for the gene structure analysis depicted in Figure 2.<br>The file titled "Cis-Acting Elements in the Promoters of the DoEXPs Gene Family" contains two sheets: Table 1 includes the raw data used to generate Figure 4, which illustrates the cis-acting elements, while Table 2 provides data on significant cis-acting elements identified in the study.<br>The file titled "RNA-seq of NH1" contains the raw RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data for the NH1 variety used in this research.<br>The file titled "RNA-seq of DoEXPs" contains the RNA-seq data for the expansin genes in yam , which were used to generate the heatmap presented in Figure 9.<br><br>
